We are committed to offering the best service possible to our clients. Please review a summary of client rights and responsibilities at JF&CS.


If you, as a client, have concerns about how we are addressing your needs, please start by talking to your counsellor or social worker. If the problem is not resolved, please review our Resolving Client Complaints brochure or request one from your worker or in the reception area at any of our branches. 


For clients of our Child Protection services who wish to share a concern, please complete a Formal Complaint To A Society's Internal Complaints Review Panel (ICRP) Form and submit it: to your social worker, via email to:, or mail or drop it off at the reception desk of any of our office addresses.


For any client with a privacy-related concern, please review our privacy practices for a summary of client rights and who to contact with complaints.
