We are committed to offering the best service possible to our clients. If you, as a client, have concerns about how we are addressing your needs, please start by talking to your counsellor. If the problem is not resolved at this level, please refer to our Resolving Client Complaints brochure which you may view here, or request from your worker or from the reception area at any of our branches.
