The Because YOUth Matter workshop will support parents in recognizing early warning signs and understanding how to respond to their children’s mental health needs.
With mental health concerns on the rise among youth, being informed about mental health empowers parents to foster open conversations, reduce stigma, and create a supportive environment where their child feels safe seeking help.
