Receptionist and Office Support
Full time; 6-12 month contract; up to 35 hours per week, potential evenings
Salary: $44,000 to $58,000 based on experience

About The Role
We are looking for a Receptionist and Office Support to join our team and provide administrative and reception support across our branches. This in-person role serves as the main point of contact for program related inquiries, both internally and externally, and includes client interaction, phone handling, and office maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to Agency programs and teams.

Coordinating program related requests and maintain client information in case management systems.

Schedule, attend and coordinate meetings (in-person and Zoom), including preparing agendas and recording minutes.

Respond to inquiries from clients, visitors, and workers.

Ensure accurate tracking and distribution of client-related vouchers (e.g., cheques, food vouchers, TTC tokens).

Manage inbound/outbound mail, courier services, and electronic faxes.

Assist with bulk mailings and maintain office supplies.

Provide assistance for case file maintenance, including scanning.

Perform other assigned duties.
What You Will Bring:

A post-secondary degree/diploma in Office Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of office experience (non- profit experience is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and case management software.

Strong verbal communication skills for diverse interactions, including challenging clients and referring agents.

Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.

Fluency in Hebrew is required, Russian will be considered an asset
