Checking in on mental wellness for parents of 12-18-year-olds.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a crucial skill that helps parents recognize, understand, and respond to signs of mental health challenges in their children.
MHFA provides parents with the tools to support their child’s emotional well-being, address crises, and connect them to appropriate help
when needed.
With mental health concerns on the rise among youth, being informed about mental health empowers parents to foster open conversations, reduce stigma, and create a supportive environment where their child feels safe seeking help.
