Russian-Speaking Office Administration Intern

Part-time | 15-20 hour work week

Salary Range: $14.25/hour

We are seeking a Russian-Speaking Office Administration Intern to provide administrative support to our accounting and holocaust team.  The incumbent must be able to work in-office where health and safety measures have been put in place.


The successful candidate will:​​

  • Input confidential client information into case management system

  • Communicate with clients over the phone to confirm appointments, etc.

  • Assist staff with scanning, organizing, and preparing documents to download and print from a case management system.

  • Organize and maintain proper record filing.

  • Performs other duties as required.  


  • Must be between the 18 and 30 years of age at the start of employment.

  • Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of the employment.

  • Some post-secondary education, preferably in the area of Office Administration/ Accounting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), knowledge of Adobe Access and database programs, and knowledge of office equipment such as fax, photocopiers, etc.

  • Organizational, detailed oriented and multi-tasking skills.

  • Good communication skills and basic client-facing skills to call clients

  • Comprehend/speak Russian

  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all sensitive, confidential and proprietary information.
