We will engage in mutually beneficial relationships with staff, community partners, learning institutions, and funders/donors to deliver programs & services that are based on service user and community needs.

We will distill knowledge from practice, theory & policy to inform program development & strategic planning.
We will utilize Community of Practices, Working Groups, and Learning Events as forums to share knowledge, expertise, and data focused on service user outcomes and community needs
JF&CS will deliver the highest quality and most efficient services, and will meet the Centre of Excellence Standards, so that service users can achieve the best possible outcomes.
Meet or exceed relevant Ministry or program Accreditation, Compliance, Licensing standards.
Participate at conferences to demonstrate knowledge translation
Engage in professional development and continuous learning (mandatory/optional) to build capacity
Leverage research partnerships for the purposes of knowledge exchange and building a continuum of care for service users
