A right to be safe and secure: preventing workplace violence and harassment

Violence and harassment in the workplace present a risk to the well-being of Jewish Family & Child (JF&CS) staff, volunteers, foster parents, clients and visitors. JF&CS believes that everyone is entitled to an environment free of harassment and aggression. We strive to create a positive environment with mutual respect and open communication. Jewish Family & Child has policies and procedures to prevent workplace violence and manage situations involving violence and harassment. Physical or verbal abuse of staff, volunteers, foster parents, clients and visitors will not be tolerated.
