Multi-Lingual Access Program (MAP)

The Jewish Family & Child Multi-Lingual Access Program provides qualified volunteers for clients with linguistic and cultural barriers, to assist them in fully accessing services available in the community. MAP volunteers are trained by JF&CS and accompany Agency clients to many different kinds of meetings where English language skills and comprehension are essential. These include welfare and Ontario Disability Support appointments, medical consultations and loan interviews.
