Widow/Widower Over Age 60 - 6 Sessions

During this six-session program, participants aged 60+ will have the opportunity to share their mourning experience with others in the same situation. Various topics will be discussed, which may include: coping with grief; living with loneliness; changing relationships; new beginnings. Located at Beth Tzedec Congregation

Losing a Parent as an Adult - 6 Sessions

This six-session discussion series for adults who have lost a parent will cover topics such as coping with grief, resolving unfinished business, and loss and legacy. Participants will have the opportunity to share their mourning experience with others who have recently lost a parent.

Loss of a Sibling - 6 Sessions

for adults mourning the loss of a sibling RUNS FOR 6 SESSIONS Topics will include: · Coping with grief, while supporting parents and others · Survivor guilt · Regrets and unfinished business Participants will have the opportunity to share their individual experiences with others grieving a similar loss, in a respectful, caring and confidential setting.
